Location:

This apartment is located in Stuyvesant Heights, a historic brownstone neighborhood with plenty of appeal. Local bodega is super-stocked with a surprising variety and fairly decent prices.

The apartment itself is a 7 minute walk to the Utica Ave express subway stop on the A/C lines, which will get you into downtown Manhattan in less than 20 minutes, and to neighborhoods such as Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and DUMBO in even less time.

How much is it?

The rent is $1500 a month, inclusive of all utilities including gas, electric and internet. We require a one month deposit and 1st month's rent.

When is it available?

Any other details I should know?

Please be able to supply references and be a non-smoker. Also, this place is probably not for people who are allergic to cats - we have one, and although the cat will be with someone else while we're gone and we keep the place as clean as possible, we can't guarantee the absence of cat allergens.

Please contact tracie.lee+sublet AT gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment to see the apartment.
